3.1 Account Registration
To access certain features of the Services, You must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password. You agree to notify the Company immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. 5.1 Loan Application
You may apply for a loan through the Services by submitting a loan application. The Company will evaluate Your application based on the information provided and internal credit assessment criteria.
5.2 Loan Approval and Disbursement
Upon approval of Your loan application, the Company will disburse the loan amount to the bank account or mobile wallet specified by You. The loan agreement, including interest rates, repayment schedule, and fees, will be detailed in the loan contract.
5.3 Repayment Terms
You agree to repay the loan according to the terms specified in the loan agreement. Repayments will be automatically deducted from Your designated bank account or mobile wallet on the scheduled dates.
5.4 Default and Collections
In the event of missed or late payments, the Company reserves the right to charge late fees, increase interest rates, and take necessary legal actions to recover the outstanding amounts. Persistent default may result in the termination of Your account and reporting to credit bureaus.

7.1 Ownership

If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, either party may submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of Kenya. The arbitration shall be conducted in English and held in Kenya.
11.1 Entire Agreement
This Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy and any other policies incorporated by reference, constitutes the entire agreement between You and the Company regarding the use of the Services and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, and representations.
11.2 Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
11.3 Waiver
No waiver of any term of this Agreement shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term, and the Company's failure to assert any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
11.4 Assignment
You may not assign or transfer Your rights or obligations under this Agreement without the prior written consent of the Company. The Company may assign or transfer its rights and obligations under this Agreement at its sole discretion without restriction.
